EARLY FEDERAL ELECTION. OPPOSITION OBSTRUCTION. A. and N.Z. MELBOURNE. Aug. 16. In view of continuous obstructive tactics by the Federal Ministry's opponents, it is stated that it can be taken for granted that a general dcction will be held before the end of the year. It is understood that Mr. Hughes informed his supporters that these tactics cannot be tolerated any longer, arid unless the Ministry ■sees some prospect ot carrying through its programme, atf early 'resignation may be expected. ,- Other attacks on the Ministry are known, to be pending. .
