SHIPBUILDING CONTRACTS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Kecd. 10.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE. Aug. 16. In the House of Representatives on a motion that the House go into committee Mr. Moloney (Labour) moved an amendment censuring the Government in connection, wifli the Kidman-Mayoh shipbuilding contracts.
