JURY FAILS TO AGREE.

The claim of Frederick James Savage and Thomas Bolton Smaliey (Mr. Hogben) for special damages amounting to £482 Bs, and general damages £65, in respect to the alleged failure of Julius Dunlop Donner and Ellen Donner (Mr. Ostler and Mr. Quartley) to carry out certain terms of a grazing contract, was concluded in the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. Justice Herdman. The jury failed to agree and a new trial was fixed for the next civil sittings.
