THE NEW COMMANDER. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.30 djd.) LONDON. March 14. The Australian High Commissioner, Sir Joseph Cook, is giving a luncheon to Commodore A- P. Addison, who has been appointed to the command of the Australian Navy, on Friday, prior to his sailing on March 18.
