POSSIBLE CANDIDATURE. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Feb. 16. Mr. Andrew Fisher, ex-High Commissioner for Australia, has placed himself in the hands of the Labour Party as a candidate for Kilmarnock. Mr Fisher will attend a meeting of 200 delegates on Saturday, when the selection of the candidate will be dealt with.
