ITALY MUST TAKE PART. Keutor. ROME. Feb. 16-
The Premier, Signor Bononi, informed Parliament that Italy must keep her engagement with regard to tho Economic Conference, to be hold at Genoa. She would be ready for the conference on the date fixed.
