An action for dissolution <rf partnership, inquiries and accounts was heard I by Mr, Justice Stringer in the Suprem* Court, the plaintiff being S, I\ Sangsfcar (Mr. Beale) and the defendants S. S. Norris and John Norm (Mr. Osburne Lilly). His Honor made an order that the partnership carried on by the parties as baker's and confectionerr at Manurewa be wound up as from the date oi the sale of the business in 1921, that accounts be delivered within 14 days, that the books be produced to the plaintiff, and that leave be reserved for further applications to the Court,
