CALLS TO MINISTERS.

EDENDALE AND DARGAVILLE.

Two calls to ministers were sustained by the Auckland Presbytery last evening. A call was received from Edendale to the Rev. J. D. McKeczie, MA., B.D. The stipend offered was £250 a year, together with 3 manse and any grant that might be given. The moderator of tie charge, the Rev. G. Mac Donald, appeared in support of the call. The induction will take place on March 7. The other call was from St. Andre* 1 ! Church, Dargaville, to the Rev. Matthef Miller, a recent arrival from Scotland. The church offered a stipend of £300 a year, together with a manse and travelling expenses—an important matter in , the extensive district of the Northern Wairoa.
