COMING TRIP TO ENGLAND.

The Attorney-General, Sir Francis Bell has arranged to leave for England at the end of March, and ho will not be hack in Now Zealand much before the end of the year. His portfolio probably will he taken in the meantime by tho Hon. E. P. Lee, Minister for Justice, or the Hon. w! Downie Stewart, Minister for Internal Affairs. Sir Francis Bell is also Commissioner for Forests. His place at the head of the Forestry Department will require to be filled temporarily. Sir William Fraser is to bo Acting-Leader of the Legislative Council during the absence of Sir Francis Bell. Sir William Berries is at present a member of tho Ministry without portfolio, and if his health permits him to accept work he may take a portfolio while the Attorney-General is abroad.
