AN AWARD REFUSED.

FARM AND FACTOEY HANDS. [BT TELEGBAPH. —PEESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Friday. The Arbitration Court to-day refused' to Make an award in the case of the Wellington Farm and Station Hands (other than shearers) and Dairy Factory Employees'' Union, on the ground that the workers in the union -were not connected with related industries. A ruling previously given had been confirmed by recent legislation, and made it perfectly clear that station hands were not connected with factory hands. The Court ruled that the registration should be cancelled, the union being of no use. to anyone as it stood now. A separate union should be formed.
