The Russian Soviet Government, in a despatch, accepts the main provisions of the Anglo-Russian trade agreement, but requests a further conference to discuss details. RUSSIA'S FIRST RESPITE. PEACE ON ALL FRONTS. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Dec. 7. A wireless message from Moscow states that peace reigns on all the Russian fronts. The last remnants of General Balakhovitchs Ukrainian army entered Poland, and were disarmed by the Polish authorities, who also declared General Petlura and his Government civil prisoners, and interned them.
