THE WEATHER.

FORECAST BY MR. C. L. WRAGGE. The following weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at seven o'clock last evening : —" Present indications point to the gradual breaking up of the moderate high-pressure system which still envelopes the country. In the meantime a continuance of fair to fine weather with a tendency to increasing haze and cloudiness is likely. Conditions remain very unsettled north-east from Whangarei, and occasional coastal rain is probable in the north. Winds variable, chiefly from between east-south-east and south-west, later shifting northerly as the new antarctic disturbance makes easting. Sea rather rough north from Whangarei Heads."
