PRICE AVERAGES £50 AN ACRE. [BY TELEGRAPH.— CORRESPONDENT.] DARGAVILLE, Friday. Ten sections of the Ruawai Flats, totalling 540 acres, owned by Mr. Ovens, were 6old to-day. Tho highest price was £66 an acre, and the average £50. Th' e buyers were all local settlers.
