POSSESSION OF A FARM.
CLAM FOR £575 DAMAGES
The action in which Lucy E. Reeve (Mr McVeaghl claims from James F. Sutherland (Mr. H. P. Richmond) £575 for alleged assault, trespass, and damage to a farm at Te Teko, was continued in the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice Chapman and a jury of twelve, yesterday. The evidence for the defence was concluded, and counsel were making their addresses when the Court adjourned for the day.
