YOUTH REPORTED MISSING.
LAST SEEN IN AN OPEN BOAT.
! A youth of 17, named Keith Hiskcns, son of Mr. David Hiskens, . of Tainui Road, Cheltenham, was reported by the police to be missing from his home last night. It is stated that the youth was seen off Cheltenham Beach in an open sailing-boat, at about eight o'clock yester" day morning, and an extensive search failed to give any indication as to his whereabouts. '•
