MINERS AND INCOME TAX.
REFUSAL TO PAY. Australian and N.2.. Cable Association. (Becd. 8 p.m.) LONDON. Aug. 27. The South Wales Miners' Federation has reasserted its determination not to pay income tax on incomes under £250. It rejected the proposal of the executive that in view of the recent abatements, the matter should be left to the Miners' Federation of Great Britain,
