AUCKLANDER WINS PRIZE.

Cable advice has been received thai Private Horace L. Massey, son of Mr*. W. H. Massoy, of Esplanade Bead, Mount Eden, has won tho Daily Mail prise of £500 for architectural designs. Tho competition was open to all architects in England and Scotland, there bein; 5000 competitors. Private Massey is also the holder of a New Zealand Expeditionary Force scholarship with a currency of three years. Prior to enlistment lie via in the office of Messrs. Hoggart, Prottse, and iGummer, of Auckland.
