ALLIED FLEET'S PASSAGE.

CONSTANTINOPLE REACHED.

LONDON, Nov 13.

The Admiralty reports that an allied fleet passed through tho Dardanelles on November 12, in fine weather. The Anglo-Indian troops occupying the fort: paraded as the ships passed. Tho fleet arrived at Constantinople at eight o'clock in the morning.
