PRODUCERS ACCEPT OFFER.

WELLINGTON, Thursday.
The Prime Minister has been informed that the representatives of the butterproducors have decided to accept the offer made by the Imperial Government for New Zealand's butter output. Considerable delay has occurred in making this decision, and, as the signing of the armistice has intervened, the bargain will not be regarded as completed, so far as the Department of Imperial Supplies is concerned, until th, l'/perial authorities have replied to the producers' acceptance. The price accepted is the one originally offered by the British Board of Trade more than a month Ago.
