REFORM CAUCUS MOTION.

OPPOSING LABOUR EXTREMISTS.

[BY TKLEon.\nt. special CORRESPONDENT] WELLINGTON, Thursday. A special caucus of Reform membors met yesterday and completed deliberations today. An official report states that the Reform members were all present or accounted for, that many important matters were discussed, that members were unanimous on the more important points, and that three resolu- i tions were adopted. The first two resolu- ] tions express the opinion that Now Zealand should be represented at the Peace Conference, ana pledge the Reform Party to expedite the necessary Parliamentary work, and support the Government in a scheme of repatriation that will be " satisfactory to patriotio people in this country." The third resolution is one that will attract most attention. It reads as follows" That in view of the insidious spread of revolutionary and anarchistic doctrines, this' Party is of opinion that the more responsible elements in the Now Zealand Paniament should unite for the purpose of inculcating sound democratic principles, and giving effect to a policy which will stimulate sentiments of patriotism | and loyalty to the Empire, for which New Zealand lias always been notod.'' The Liberal members have not yet met their leader in formal caucus during the present session.
