CZECHOSLOVAKS PROCLAIM REPUBLIC IN PRAGUE. United Service. LONDON, Oct. 80. The Czechoslovaks effected a bloodless coup d'etat at Prague, the capital of Bohemia, and declared a republic. They seized all authority and destroyed the Imperial symbols. The commanders and staffs of the garrisons joined the new Government.
