GERMAN SPY ARRESTED.

Swiss gendarmes at Schaffhausen arrested a man named Louis Tassua with plans of Swiss fortifications at HiuWnstein. He confessed that lie was employed on the. German headquarters staff, and that his wife, who kept an hotel at Hauenstein, was a German agent. Hauenstein, Upper and Lower, are mountain passes over the Jura mountains, in the north of Switzerland. A. railway tunnel now pierces the mountains. * " \; :
