CHANGE SURELY COMING.

FORECAST BY MR. C. L. WRAGGE., The following weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at 7 p.m. yesterday: — " Owing to the persistence with which the high pressure crest has maintained its position over the Dominion, the type of weather which has prevailed recently s namely, cloudy, but generally fair, is expected to continue for another day. But the change to further rain and an unsettled state is surely coming as the barometer falls; and the depression. Avith- which has been retarded by the high pressure, will probably rule during next week more or less. Hence conditions after to-morrow, Saturday, by no means look propitious. Seas will be moderate, and winds light and variable in the meantime."
