Roj servo, that the council should agreo to I give four capable women -, tho;privileged of. being_ taught ! such gardening 'work'as thd' I superintendent' of -reserves deems suitable,' and v after I three v months, : or "■■ longer :: - if necessary, these women 'i should V- bo - : paid according ■ to qualifications... The • superin* tendent of reserves favoured the suggestion, and the committee recommended that the Women's National Reserve and ; Miss : Birch, of the & ; W.
