ARMED NEUTRALITY BILL.
AGAIN BEFORE SENATE. STRONG PUBLIC FEELING. A. arid N.Z. Cable. WASHINGTON, Mar. 6. The Armed Neutrality Bill has been re-introduced in the Senate by Mr. Lodge. The Speaker ruled out a point of order designed to prevent its reconsideration. Owing to the intensity of public anger against the minority of the Senate who stonewalled the Bill, members are explaining that it was not intended to kill the Bill.
