SHIPPING AMALGAMATION.
REPLIES FROM SHAREHOLDERS.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] - CHRISTCHURCH. Tuesday. Yesterday was the final date for the receipt of replies from shareholders of the New Zealand Shipping Company, with re gard to the transfer of the New Zealand Shipping Company shares for P. and 0 Company stock. Over 75 per cent, of the shareholders have replied, but cabled instructions received from London extend the date for the receipt of replies. This has been done.
