TWO WRITS ISSUED IN THE NORTH [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.) DARGAVILLE. Tuesday. Following on the issue of a writ for £2000 against Mr. A. E. Harding, president of the Kaipara Chamber of Commerce, by the Parengaienga. Gum Company, for alleged libel in connection with the agitation against the proposed segregation of Austrians, writs for £2000 and £1000 have been issued by the same company against the North Auckland Times and Wairoa BeJ] respectively for publication of alleged libellous matter.
