SALE OF WELLINGTON PARK.
The well-known Wellington Park Stud Farm will be offered for sale by Messrs. Samusl Vaile and Sons, Ltd., at their rooms at 2 p.m. to-day, under instructions from the administrator of the estate of the late Mr. Wm. Coleman and the co-owner. The property comprises some 273 acres of volcanic land on the slopes of Mount Wellington, and with extensive frontage to the road from St. John's College to Panmure. The buildings comprise a residence of 12 or 13 rooms, several cottages, and extensive stabling acommodation. A block of 19" acres adjoining tho park will be offered at the same time.
Mr. J. Thornes will offer for sale by auction at his rooms at noon to-day a residence of eight rooms and conveniences at 29, Crammer Road, Grey Lynn, close to Ponsonby Road, on freehold corner allotment, 90ft by 132 ft. Particulars are advertised.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., will offer for sale by auction, on the ground, at 1 p.m. sharp at Pukekohe to-morrow, 60 acres of firstclass land, handy to the railway station, subdivided into six lots. Tho property is being sold to wi.id-up the estate of tho lato Mr. Henry Routly, and easy terms nave been arranged to assure a clearance.
