OPERATIONS SUSPENDED. (Received March 3, 9.55 p.m.) London, March 2. The London and Glasgow metal exchanges have suspended dealings, except in tin, owing to the Government's proclamation against speculation' during the war. The metals trade will Bend a deputation to Mr. Lloyd George, Minister for Munitions, to-morrow.
