At the Police Court to-day Herbert Samuel Potter .:ppnp,red, after a week's remand, to answsr a charge of vagrancy. After accused had called two legal witnesses, the question of his sanity was raised, and a further adjournment was , granted till the following day, in order 1 to have accused medically examined^
