SOLDIERS LEND A HAND.

The French Minister for War has put at the disposal of farmers, territorial troops and men from the depots unfit for the firing line. Permission has also been granted to men in the trenches to return to their farms at seed time, while in the fighting zone the officers order the soldiers tor help farmers whenever possible.
