COLLEGE COUNCIL PROTEST. GERMAN PROFESSOR'S CASK [BY TELEGRAPH. —SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT.} Wellington*. Friday. The case of Professor von Zedlitz, of Victoria College, was again before the House of Representatives this afternoon, when Mr. R.
