Reports from Dunkirk indicate that the Germans are preparing fitt another offensive movement in the Ypres region. There are concentrations at Courtrai, Lille, and Roulers, also heavy infantry reinforcements. A hundred new Krupp guns arc massed at Ingelmunster, whence they can quickly be moved by railroad in almost any direction.
