[fl¥ TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] Wellington, Tuesday. At the Supreme Court to-day, Henry Morgan Dwyer. a middle-aged man, was convicted of indecent assault on a small child. Sentence was deferred. James Andrews, a seaman on the steamer Corintliic, was charged with stealing or receiving a mailbag and its contents. He was found guilty of receiving, and sentence was deferred. John Dalton, Alexander Robinson, and William Tyler were found guilty of assaulting Richard Hubert Bennett, with intent to rob, and were remanded for sentence.
