Amsterdam. January 27.

Dutch resentment at the German Zeppelins flying over Holland increases. An indication of the growing feeling is shown in the fact that the Dutch troops are singing " It's a Long Way to Tipperary." .German brutality in Belgium and the raiding of defenceless coasts are provoking the Dutch populace to hostility.

A Bill the extension of military service has been carried. In it passage the Premier remarked that a crisis might nt any moment arise involving Holland in unexpected violence. 1
