GERMANS LOSE BALLOON.
London, January 27. The Daily Chronicle's Paris correspondent states that Pegoud, the noted French airman, who first " lnoped-the-loop" in the air, dropped nine bombs and blew up a quantity of German military stores. He also dropped bombs on a company of fa fan try, and destroyed a balloon directing German batteries.
