ALLIES USE ARROWS.
DROPPED FROM AEROPLANES
Wellington, September 22.
The High Commissioner reports from London on September 21 that «i German Army surgeon states that arrows have been used effectively by allied airmen. Two airmen flew over a Gorman regiment on the frontier at a height of 5000 ft, and dropped arrows on soldiers in camp. It is estimated that the airmen shot 50 arrows, killing and injuring 13 soldiers. The arrows were made of steel.

GERMAN AIRMAN'S MISTAKE.
London, September 21.
The Russians state that the German system of utilising aircraft consists of sending aeroplanes to photograph and map the positions, and the Zeppelins follow with bombs, which are dropped where they will do most damage.
A German airman, mistaking some German guns for British, threw a bomb, killing 30 Germans.
