TROOPERS' FAMILIES.

The Duke of Connaught is opening a National Fund to make provision for the families of those who go to the front.
On behalf of the Canadian Pacific Railway Mr. P. Shaughncssy, the president, has offered a hospital ship provided the Canadian women will equip it.
