SCHEME FELT PREMATURE. , \ Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received March 7, 5.5 p.m.) Ottawa, March 7. The House of Commons discussed the Old Age Pensions Bill yesterday. The Minister for Finance (Mr. White), was friendly to the measure, but thought that legislation on the point was premature in view of the great public undertakings to which Canada was committed. The general feeling of the House concurred with the attitude of the Minister.
