FAMOUS ESTATE SOLD.

By Telegraph.—Press Association.— Copyright London, May 2. The Duke of Orleans has sold his estate of Wood Norton at Evesham (Worcestershire) to Sir Charles (Judge) Swinfen Eady. It was fit Wood Norton, which is a well-known estate, that ex-King Manuel of Portugal and the Queen-mother Amelio took refuge on their arrival in England after the dethronement of Manual in 1910. The Duke of Orleans, an exile from France, is a brother to Queen Amelie.
