MOVING PICTURES.
A CENSOR ADVOCATED.
[BY TELEGRAPH, — ASSOCIATION.] Dr.vEDiN, Wednesday. The Women's Christian Temperance Union to-day passed the following resolution:— " That in view of the fact that exhibitions of moving pictures may either bo of great educational value, or be subtle but effective teachers of immorality and vice, the Government appoint a censor to examine all films proposed to be publicly exhibited."
