MONTHLY APPROPRIATIONS.
Ax extraordinary general meeting of the Auckland Co-operative Terminating Building Society was held last evening for the amendment of the rules, the various amendments being carried. After the meeting the monthly appropriations by sale and ballot in the various groups of the society took place, and resulted as follows :— '
No. 1 Group : Ballot for £400. No. 256 successful, holding two shares, took £400. _ No. 2 Group : Ballot for £400. No. 569 successful, holding two shares, took £400. No. 3 Group : Ballot for £400. No. 844 successful, holding two shares, took £400. No. 4 Group : Sale of £400. Highest tender, £45 2s 6d per £200, took £400. No. 5 Group : Ballot for £400. No. 565 successful, holding two shares, took £400. No. 6 Group : Sale of £400. Highest tender, £47 2s 6d per £200, teok £400. No. 7 Group : Ballot for £400. No. 233 successful, holding two shares, took £400. No. 9 Group : Ballot for £400. No. 62 successful, holding two shares, took £400. No. 11 Group : Sale of £400- Highest tender, £50 per £200, took £400. No. 14 Croup : Sale of £400. Highest tender. £61 10s per £200, took £400. No. 16 Group: Sale of £400 Highest tender, £70 15s per £200, took'£4oo. No. 17 Group : Ballot for £400. No. 435, successful, took £400.
