THE FRANKTON AFFRAY, [BY TELEttBAPH .— CVFS CORBI!."I'Orn>ENT.I Hampton , Wednesday, At the Supreme Court to-day Axel Snertinge was charged with causing actual bodily harm to John Graham, Edmund Robinsen, and Emil Christian Hansen at Frankton on November 18. The prisoner, who was defended by Mr. Singer, pleaded not guilty. The evidence was the same as that given in the lower Court. / The accused was found guilty of unlawfully wounding with intent, but will not bo sentenced till to-morrow. Frank O'Keefe, Nelson Fraei, Robert Maxwell WUly and Alwin Willy were charged with stealing five cattle at Mokauiti on January 7 or 8. Accused aredefended by Mr. Singer, and the case is proceeding.
