PASSENGERS ESCAPE UNHUBT, [EX TELEGRAPH. —PRESS .ISSOCUXIOK.] Gore, Wednesday At Otamita this morning Mr. Cross was driving in a motor car to Gore with his > . mother as passenger, when a pin cam* out of the steering gear, the car becams unmanageable, and went -down 'a uteep ifffil bank. It did not capsize, and was almost pulled up when the edge of the bank crumbled and gave way. The car tamed turtle, but the passengers and motor were saved by some willows ' below. No one was injured. , ,
