A young man named Thomas Twidle was arrested by Constable Joyce in Auckland last Tuesday on a charge of breaking and entering the dwelling of. Mr. McKibin, Hamilton East, and stealing 13s from a savings box belonging to one of the children of the house. The accused appeared before the Auckland Bench the following morning, when he was remanded to appear at Hamilton to-day, bail being granted in one surety of £50. When his name woe called in Court this afternoon the accused failed to appear, and the presiding justice ordered the bail to be estreated. ''
