The Treasurer-General of Persia, Mr. Morgan Shuster, angrily denies Sir Edward Grey's statement tha»he is annoying Russia by Anglicising the Persian Civil Service. He says that he dismissed several British officials. The Government has taken. steps to ensure the protection of Mr. Shuster, who is an American.
