AN ENORMOUS ATTENDANCE.
[BY TELEGRArat.-~KBESS ASSOCIATION.] Chbistchdech, Friday. The Canterbury A. and P. Association's Metropolitan Show closed to-day, when there was an enormous attendance of the public present. The Governor was present at the ehow during the afternoon. Th© gate takings are as follows:—First day, £17 3s; second day, £220 As ; third day £1310 10s.
