COMMANDER PEARY.
INVITATION TO AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph.— Association.—
Fremantle, November 19.• Sir William Macgregor, Governor-de-signate of Queensland, who arrived by the mail steamer yesterday, states that he invited Commander Peary to lecture in Australia. He received a collection of fossilised Arctic flora from Captain Bartlett, of the Roosevelt'/ which he intends to' present to the people of Australia.
