DEPARTURES EXCEED ARRIVALS. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] V Wellington, Tuesday. Figures issued by the Registrar-General to-day, show that the arrivals during July numbered 2232, and the departures 2838, the excess of departures over arrivals being 607. The figures for July last year were —Arrivals 2941, departures 2264, excess of arrivals 677.
