ATHLETICS.
The Marathon race to bo run at the Olympic Games in London next Juno will start at Windsor, and finish in the Stadium, that is now being prepared. Tho approximate distance is 25 miles 600 yards. No competitor will be allowed to start without a medical certificate of fitness. So far the only Australian publicly named as desirous of running in this event is George Blake, who shaped so well in the same race the last time at Athens. He is said to be in excellent form at present, and the coming tests for tho Australian championships, and the championships themselves, will -serve to show what condition he is really in.
